张慧,北京航空航天大学集成电路科学与工程学院副教授、博士生导师。
2019年获中国科学院物理研究所理学博士学位,2019-2021年北京航空航天大学“卓越百人计划”博士后,2021年12月入职北京航空航天大学,2022年入选北航青年拔尖人才支持计划。
一直从事关联电子低维体系自旋电子学相关研究,在高质量薄膜可控生长、微纳器件制备、电子输运、磁性表征和自旋调控等方面积累了丰富的研究经验,尤其在5d过渡金属氧化物钽酸钾异质界面新型二维电子气的构建及其物性调控方面进行了深入的研究。目前已发表SCI论文40余篇,以第一/共同第一作者、通讯作者身份在Science、Physical Review Letters、Applied Physics Reviews、ACS Nano、ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces、Physical Review Applied、Physical Review B、IEEE Electron Device Letters等高水平学术期刊上发表学术论文15篇。

Dr. Zhang is an Associate Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at the School of Integrated Circuit Science and Engineering, Beihang University (BUAA).
She earned her Ph.D. in Physics from the Institute of Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2019, subsequently held a Zhuoyue Bai Ren Postdoctoral Fellowship at BUAA from 2019 to 2021, was appointed to her current faculty position in December 2021, and received the BUAA Young Elite Scientists Sponsorship in 2022.
Her research focuses on spintronics in correlated low-dimensional electronic systems, with extensive expertise in controllable high-quality thin-film growth, micro/nano-device fabrication, electronic transport measurements, magnetic characterization, and spin manipulation. She has pioneered investigations into novel two-dimensional electron gas (2DEG) systems and property modulation at KTaO₃-based heterointerfaces (5d transition-metal oxides). With over 40 SCI-indexed publications, she has authored 15 papers as first/co-first or corresponding author in premier journals including Science, Physical Review Letters, Applied Physics Reviews, ACS Nano, ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces, Physical Review Applied, Physical Review B, and IEEE Electron Device Letters.

Weijian Qi, a Master's candidate enrolled in 2023, previously served as Party Branch Secretary for the 2023 graduate cohort and part-time academic advisor, having received the First-Class Academic Scholarship and University-Level Outstanding Student Cadet awards. His research focuses on charge-spin conversion in KTaO₃-based two-dimensional electron gas (2DEG) systems, with a first-author publication in IEEE Transactions on Electron Devices. He currently holds dual roles as Equipment Administrator for the Extreme Testing Facility at BUAA's Smart Micro-Nano Public Innovation Center (SMIC) and Teaching Assistant for both the graduate course "Introduction to Micro-nano Processing Technology" and undergraduate course "Fundamentals of Chip Fabrication Technology".
