课题组简介 ABOUT ZHANG’S GROUP

我们课题组聚焦强关联氧化物异质界面衍生的低维量子体系,通过光、电、磁等多物理场协同调控的前沿技术,系统研究二维超导、自旋-轨道耦合等基础物理问题,探索氧化物异质结二维电子气新奇量子态的产生机制与物理现象,同时设计多种低能耗、多功能的新型器件,探索低维材料应用新路径。

We focus on low-dimensional quantum systems derived from oxide heterointerfaces. Utilizing cutting-edge techniques involving coordinated control of multiple physical fields such as light, electricity, and magnetism, we systematically investigate fundamental physical phenomena including two-dimensional superconductivity and spin-orbit coupling. We explore the generation mechanisms and physical manifestations of novel quantum states in the two-dimensional electron gas at oxide heterointerfaces. Concurrently, we design various low-energy consumption, multifunctional novel devices, exploring new pathways for the application of low-dimensional materials.
