
The School of Integrated Circuits at Beihang University maintains a micro/nano-fabrication platform at internationally advanced levels, capable of precision fabrication spanning micrometer to nanometer scales. This capability meets complex structural design and functional realization requirements for diverse devices. Our research group operates within Beihang University’s University-level Intelligent Micro-Nano Public Innovation Center. We possess full capabilities for micro/nano-fabrication and characterization of samples and manage the operation and maintenance of multiple instruments in the extreme-condition testing zone.

Attocube提供300 ~1.7 K温度环境,可在Z轴和Y轴方向上施加磁场,具体来说,Z轴能够施加最大9 T的磁场,Y轴能够施加最大3T的磁场,可提供矢量磁场,主要用于R-T、不同温度下R-H的测试。降温时间约为5 h,快速模式扫场1000 Oe/s。
Attocube offers a temperature environment of 300 - 1.7 K. It can apply magnetic fields along the Z - and Y - axes. Specifically, the Z - axis can apply up to 9 T, and the Y - axis up to 3 T, providing a vector magnetic field. It's mainly used for R-T and R-H testing at different temperatures. The cooling time is about 5 hours, and the mode fast sweeping field is 1000 Oe/s.

The 9T superconducting magnet allows sample testing between 2.3K - 300K, with a maximum magnetic field of 9T. It can measure transport properties like magnetoresistance, the Hall effect, and second harmonics.

低温磁场探针台是一款多功能低温高频面内电磁场探针台,可进行电阻、磁电阻、脉冲电阻、二次谐波等直流测试,ST-FMR、自旋泵浦等高频测试。配备有相应的直流探针、高频微波探针以及降温设备。温度能够稳定控制在4~320 K之间,面内磁场最大能够加到6500 Oe,样品台能够进行360°旋转,高频微波探针频率范围为0~40 GHz。
A cryogenic magnet probe station is a multifunctional device for low - temperature, high - frequency in - plane electromagnetic field probing. It can perform DC tests like resistance, magnetoresistance, pulse resistance, second harmonic detection, and AC tests like ST - FMR and spin pumping. It comes with DC and high - frequency microwave probes, plus cooling equipment. The temperature can be stably controlled between 4 - 420 K, with a maximum in - plane magnetic field of 6,500 Oe. The sample stage can rotate 360°, and the high - frequency microwave probes have a frequency range of 0 - 40 GHz.

A quantum diamond atomic force microscope, based on NV color centers and AFM scanning imaging technology, is a quantum-enabled precision measurement instrument. It can perform nanoscale, high-sensitivity, non-contact and quantitative magnetic property scanning and imaging. It is capable of micro-and nanoscale magnetic imaging, topological structure characterization, and AC magnetic signal characterization.
