齐伟健,2025级博士研究生、曾担任2023级硕士生党支部书记、兼职辅导员,曾获学业奖学金一等奖、校级优秀学生干部等荣誉;研究方向为KTO基二维电子气的电荷-自旋转换,以一作的身份在IEEE Transactions on Materials for Electron Device上发表学术论文一篇,担任北航智能微纳公共创新中心极端测试区设备管理员、研究生课程“微纳米加工技术入门”与本科生课程“芯片加工技术入门”助教。
Weijian Qi, a Doctor's candidate enrolled in 2025, previously served as Party Branch Secretary for the 2023 graduate cohort and part-time academic advisor, having received the First-Class Academic Scholarship and University-Level Outstanding Student Cadet awards. His research focuses on charge-spin conversion in KTaO₃-based two-dimensional electron gas (2DEG) systems, with a first-author publication in IEEE Transactions on Electron Devices. He currently holds dual roles as Equipment Administrator for the Extreme Testing Facility at BUAA's Smart Micro-Nano Public Innovation Center (SMIC) and Teaching Assistant for both the graduate course "Introduction to Micro-nano Processing Technology" and undergraduate course "Fundamentals of Chip Fabrication Technology".
