郑东尧,2022级硕士,曾担任22级硕士党之部书记,曾获卓越领航奖学金,致真奖学金,一等学业奖学金,优秀研究生,优秀学生干部等多个荣誉奖项,从事LAO/KTO异质界面的非互易性响应的研究,以一作/学生一作的身份在IEEE Electron Device Letter、Nanotechnology等行业知名期刊上发表学术论文/综述,曾担任微纳中心极端测试区设备管理员,微纳加工入门课程助教,参与编写十四五规划教材“芯制造”第二章内容。
Dongyao Zheng, a Master's candidate enrolled in 2022, served as Party Branch Secretary for his cohort and has received multiple honors including the Zhuoyue Linghang Scholarship for Outstanding Leadership, Zhizhen Scholarship, First-Class Academic Scholarship, Outstanding Graduate Student, and Outstanding Student Cadet awards. His research focuses on nonreciprocal responses at LaAlO₃/KTaO₃ (LAO/KTO) heterointerfaces, with first-author/student-first-author publications in leading journals such as IEEE Electron Device Letters and Nanotechnology. He previously held positions as Equipment Administrator of the Extreme Testing Facility at the Micro/Nano Fabrication Center and Teaching Assistant for the Introduction to Micro-nano Processing course, additionally contributing as a co-author for Chapter 2 of the "Semiconductor Manufacturing" textbook commissioned under China's 14th Five-Year Plan.
